Poor management - Machine Operator O-I Glass Employee Review

The management team is very poor. They allow employees that have been there for a lot of years to get away with anything. Employees that work a lot of overtime (" They are on the clock, work isn't really happening") sleep out in the open and management does nothing. When someone says something about it they make it harder on the employee that really is working! Almost 2yrs there and constant chaos. Always running out of glass, furnace operators not held accountable. Very poor p.m. program. At the time I was there, over a million dollars of held ware in the warehouse. Building is extremely old and has asbestos signs all over the plant. They have covered up a bunch of it but still there.
