Benefits not as good as they used to be. The CEO is all about cutting heads to improve profits in the short term. Most people fear for their jobs since there has been so many restructures since 2008. They currently send engineering projects out to the lowest bidder instead of in-house engineering. Most all the people that knew the insides of the manufacturing plants have been let go or left on their own.
