Pros
Company is a 100 ye old legacy company making packaging that customers want. Good being part of a company that has sustainability as a core mission.
Cons
Extremely poor management since her latest CEO has been put in place. Many managers and executives have no experience and perform very poorly, but are held in high regards with the good old boy network. Poor business practices and lack of leadership make potentially a great place to work very poor. A lot of turnover of good people. I would pass on this company if you have other job choices.
