Poorly managed at the top, lots of downsizing, people can be treated unfairly and HR does nothing about it, no bonus for non-mangement employees, the leadership has made some poor management decisions that resulted in the need for staff reductions, in some cases leaving lots of "chiefs" and no "indians" to what needs to be done.
