      Pros

      Not much. Only pro is you leave work early on fridays: 7am-1pm, but you work extra hours every other day of the week in order to get early on fridays

      Cons

      For the company size the salaries are really low, and doesnt have the best culture.

      Hours, management, micromanagement, heat. So many managers and all on a different page
