      Pros

      the pay was excellent, another reason was that holidays were triple time, if you decided to work on that day

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working for OI was that you had to work a rotating shift and the rotation was a weekly rotation

      Money, benefits, co workers, plenty of overtime

      Hours, management, micromanagement, heat. So many managers and all on a different page
