Profits > People: Major reductions in people and facilities last 10-15 years all in the name of $$$. Meetings: They love meetings, and the higher up you climb the ladder the more time you will spend in meetings. Red tape: It takes forever for decisions to be made and get approvals. Top heavy: There are more layers of management than necessary and not enough grunts to move the project forward.
