Thank you so much for your review. You are right, we have the best people around and THE top reason I love working here as well. I also understand there there are areas where we could be better, and we continually evaluate our compensation and rewards system to ensure all of us are fairly rewarded for our contributions. We feel we are very good in this area, but always can be better!
