Pros
It's a pretty decent place to work at if you're a college student barely starting out. The schedules are made by the manager instead of made by corporate so it can be very flexible. You learn a lot and you get to meet all kinds of people every day. If you don't have any mechanic or vehicle knowledge then you will learn pretty quickly.
Cons
The only few gripes I have about working here is the pay just isn't enough for all the responsibilities that you are tasked with. Also, there are a few management figures that make you wonder how they even got their position.
