Pros

O'Reilly's has good benefits if you can meet their high sales/productivity standards and stay long enough to get them.

Cons

I was promised training on their Infinity Parts system by the store manager--but got none. I was scheduled to work with customers without adequate training. Customers would ask "why I was helping them" when I didn't know how to use the system. When I asked fellow Team Members for help, I was told to "think about it." How can one think about how to use the system when you haven't been trained?

Pros

Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

Cons

Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
