Pros

The job itself is awesome. I love getting to interact with my clients and help them determine what parts they need to solve their issues. I also enjoy expanding my knowledge within the realm of auto parts and troubleshooting auto issues.

Cons

For the amount of knowledge we’re expected to possess and the level of service we’re expected to provide we are severely underpaid. The turn over is annoyingly high because of this. There is hardly any support from upper management. Particularly during the Covid-19 crisis, the company’s response was extremely underwhelming and disappointing considering that we the “essential” employees kept them afloat during such uncertain times.

Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

Cons

Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
