      Able to move up in the company.

      Cons

      long working hours; forced to work overtime otherwise warnings and write ups are issued. all about the business and not the workers that work for them. poor accountability; no one wants to take responsibility for their own actions and point fingers at those who work underneath them even though the fault is someone else's.

      Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
