Pros
It can be a pretty fun job if you're not planning to work there for very long or you are not looking for high pay. You can use this job to gain experience and go work for a parts department at a dealership or trucking industry.
Cons
They often understaff their stores, they are more concerned about employees meeting the expectations of mystery callers rather than delivering good customer service to patrons in the store. Even if you perform very well at your job you can't expect a big pay increase.
