Pros

You can literally do what ever you want with it being fired

Cons

This place is pretty bad, the filth in the store and all the vehicles is insane. The manager is basically burning the place to the ground. They overwork and under pay. The manager will get upset at drivers for bringing returns from shops when that’s our job. The district manager will call and say to sacrifice service for hours when it’s time to make labor goals to hit their bonuses. It can be 110 out side and they won’t even offer to buy the drivers water or Gatorade. Gotta make those sales! It’s all money and numbers. Good employees turn to bad ones because too much pressure is put on them to handle everything while everyone else plus the manager does nothing. Late to work every day, manager included. He will even change your time card without even telling you. Employees do no call no shows all the time, use company vehicles for things they shouldn’t. It’s just a crappy place. Good employees are punished while the bad are rewarded. Completely backwards. The morale of the store is horrible, most employees hate it there. Benefits are pretty crappy compared to other places, extremely high cost for low coverage.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
