      Pros

      The company is not bad, and the team spirit is alright. It is much more advertised than it is practiced. It's not bad for a part time job, but there is no way on earth i'd consider a career with them.

      Cons

      The main issue is undoubetdly the client base. Mechanics can be very unpleasant, and the training - as one could expect, sadly - is entirely Computer based, at an insultingly easy level of understanding.

      Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
