      Liked the medical package. Scott and white was in network with insurance provider.

      Cons

      Favoritism among the ranks/stores. Leads people on who try to promote. Poor communication. Will use you while suits their needs. No support to employees when bullied by customers. Just told to suck it up.

      Great company. Great management. Flexible schedule. Competitive pay. Great advancement opportunities as long as you work it. Friendly customers and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Interviews and getting hired on usually take a while because it goes through so many people up the line. Most companies the store manager can hire and/or fire someone but this company it all goes through several people
