Pros

Steady work, fellow driver are great to work with.

Cons

Yearly pay increases were stopped even with record profits. We have managers but no leaders. Manager uses fear and intimidation. Some drivers receive special treatment while others are treated poorly. Equipment does not get needed repairs. Immediate manager is a great guy but a poor manager. No one advocates for hourly employees. Zero chance for drivers to advance in the company. Top out is 30.50hr while drivers in other areas make considerably more money. Favoritism is very evident. A huge emphasis is put on driving safely but very little on our personal safety. Safety concerns reported to management are ignored. Truck drivers are treated like second class citizens. We arent even allowed to use the restroom in the stores without calling to get permission so we go behind the store or around the dumpster area to relieve ourselves. That is very unsanitary. The "Oreilly Culture" does not exist here.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
