Pros

The pay was good for the time & benefits where acceptable. The work was simple & easy to follow

Cons

Heavy noise. Management was barely professional & would constantly tell people to keep working. Co-workers tended to be on the unhelpful side more often than not. No real clear way to improve, micro-management. Hours quickly increased to compensate for lack of people, intentionally or not. Full story: The job started out decent, not the best but it was stable work at good pay. But as time went on it steadily went down hill hard. First you would do bulk & totes for one city which depending on your city could be good or bad. People where expected to try & help but never would due to the very selfish culture there. Then it progressed to doing two cites, then essentially four. It all started after corpo ghouls (efficency experts) came in. You could have a day that lasted maybe 6-8 hours only for it to go to 12-14.

Pros

The catalog system is easy to use and technology wise they are pretty up to date, very simple and convenient

Cons

The hours suck, the pay sucks. The company only cares about profit it’s no different from autozone, they are able to sell parts for less compared to Napa because they pay the employees barely above minimum, they don’t like giving raises no matter how hard your work you have to basically be a store manager or higher to get a good pay. They open more stores to make more profit and keep employees at the bare minimum. It sucks working there I think if your ISS, which is wholesale, you can make decent money with that because they give a bigger bonus from the amount of sales you make plus less responsibility and better hours but thats if a position opens up and you’ll probably be there 4 plus years until you can get that position unless you’re lucky and one opens up in the area.
