You make a difference every day in the lives of students. You have a positive impact on their lives each day. All of my coworkers are fantastic and have my back always.
Cons
Staff safety isn't valued, building Level administration is great in some cases but over all upper admin is very out of touch. Lacks opportunity for growth. Well compensated for the area and the job but under compensated overall for the job requirements.
