Pros

Cons

They lied about how many hours a supervisor would work. They say that they work 12 hour shifts but it is closer to 14 hours and sometimes more. Certain upper management members have caused several people to just walk out of the facility due to micromanaging and belittling. The pay is well below industry standard. There is no compensation for Saturday work, they only allow 40 hours of vacation after a year even if you are management. The kicker is that since they typically work 6 days a week they only allow you to take 4 days of vacation (40 hours of production). There are times where they work the supervisors over 80 hours. If you convert that into an hourly rate that makes it less than minimum wage. They break OSHA rules, EEOC rules, ADA laws, not to mention they have jobs for men and jobs for women. They literally don't have women do certain jobs.

Pros

Opportunities to move up due to constant turnover.

Cons

The belief is that their employees are commodities. If I could encourage anyone to stay away, I would.
