The family like atmosphere at OK Foods is one that I have missed since leaving. Your peers and superiors are not just fellow employees, but they become friends and confidants. OK Foods offers tremendous growth opportunity and a fantastic working environment.

Cons

Vacation time and medical leaves need to be updated to compete with changing markets and push toward live/work balance.
