Pros

Great people and wide variety of jobs to complete. Lots of room to interact with different types of individuals within the company and enormous opportunity to grow into various roles they set out for graduates and non grads alike.

Cons

Management is bureaucratic in the sense that since the new C-level executives have come in, lots of cost cutting measures have been taken to ensure that the company is meeting its minimum investment to the pension members.
