      Take home truck and a few different shifts

      Cons

      Terribly inexperienced management and constantly short on man power in the field where the actual work takes place. ONE GAS is more of a new driver training facility and baby sitter than it is an actual decent place of work. Their idea of career advancement is $0.90/year "pay raises" which are actually just a cost of living adjustment.
