Since Magellan acquisition the company culture has plummeted. Magellan counterparts do half the work and get paid twice as much. Management seems to be doing very little to address the discrepancy. Of late, it has become evident to advance you must have an engineering degree. It would seem a 4 year degree means more than specific field or life experience.
