Pros
Opportunity to be involved in the community, pay is decent, some departments are better than others.
Cons
The CAE doesn’t get involved until she is ready to start berating your work and you personally. Manager levels just get in line so they don't get fired even though they know she is wrong. Previous employees told me she had 200% turnover because she was so hard to work for, but she lied to audit committee about why they were leaving.
