Pros

Good pay, fun people to work with, flexible work hours. Annual bonuses are great but only given out in March. Work truck was provided.

Cons

ONEOK operates like 4-7 completely different companies all under one corporation. Corporate office in Tulsa does not have a handle or understanding of what is happening in the field. They put a lot responsibility to the field employees but give promotions to those in the Tulsa corporate office.

This is a toxic department. The VP is a micro-manager and she targets certain employees if they disagree with her. Employees are scared to speak up because those who have complained have faced retaliation.

Cons

The HR department knows there are issues and they do nothing to stop it or protect the employees.
