Pros

Oneok is a stable, profitable, well established company. Health benefits are good, options to purchase stock are good, people are good, bonuses can be good. Management communication is getting better both ways.

Cons

They do not give annual raises, only evaluate your salary compared to the market. Some jobs are more intense than others in the same field. Slow to adapt to new ways of thinking or technology but try to implement as they can.

Pros

This is a toxic department. The VP is a micro-manager and she targets certain employees if they disagree with her. Employees are scared to speak up because those who have complained have faced retaliation.

Cons

The HR department knows there are issues and they do nothing to stop it or protect the employees.
