Grew by acquisition rapidly, but was woefully unprepared to onboard the new assets Leadership did not set clear expectations before re-organizing leading to "us vs them" situations Communication from upper leadership was infrequent and vague, the news of at least one of the acquisitions was only disseminated via word of mouth
