Pros

I had a lovely manager and team and worked with lots of amazing and talented people across many departments

Cons

Definitely hard work life balance, long hours, extremely high workload and no option for overtime Disagreed with the restructure which made people in junior roles redundant yet hires lots of people in senior roles. The company felt extremely top heavy leaving very little junior colleagues to complete the work. A senior member of the executive team made it clear that they felt my role was manageable despite multiple people in my role saying something different, yet they were happy to onboard people in senior roles who don’t contribute towards the bulk of the work. Rarely felt valued Communication from the senior team around promotions was poorly managed General communication about onboarding these senior members if staff left a bad taste as it felt they got rid of people to make room for senior members of staff that worked with before rather then promoting people Diversity within the senior and executive team is disappointing CEO is not PR trained and often comes across offensive and out of touch

Thank you for your comments, it is always great to hear when people enjoy working for their line manager and with their teams. This is what great team collaboration is all about. We nurture a hybrid culture, enabling our teams to get a blend in the ways of working that resonate best for them. This allows for peaks and troughs in hours worked by allowing individuals to also work around family commitments. Clearly if the balance is out of kilter you should discuss this with your Line Manager. We recognise that we need to improve our methods of communication and have now put leadership forum's in place and town halls in which we share business updates.

Pros

Great place. Been here almost 5 years. Highly recommend.

Cons

Well, it's been a bit tumultuous in the industry of late, but I think we're being navigated ably through it.

Pros

You get to work from home. That is the only benefit.

Cons

You will work overtime without compensation every single day. When it comes time for a raise you will consistently get below industry standard with no ability to negotiate or talk to the decision makers (they will just email you from an address you can not respond to, to avoid the chance that you may counter). When it comes time for a promotion they will give you a new salary that matches the position below your new one, and again, will give you no opportunity to negotiate or discuss your insulting raise. There are no bonuses at all, so get that notion out of your mind. Executive leadership cares more about creating acronyms than actually resourcing departments appropriately. And the moment you show a willingness to go above and beyond, instead of rewarding you, they will simply give you more responsibility with no additional compensation. I was recently promoted, and am now making the salary I should have been making in my last position. I had one of the VP’s at the company recently tell me that I should be making 30k more at least, and to start looking for a new job because this company doesn’t care about retaining talented employees.
