Pros

I've been with the company for just over 3 months. First of all, anyone who "disapproves" of the CEO has never actually met the man. He treats everyone he comes across in the company with dignity, courtesy and respect. The people are what really makes a company great and the people at KAR are extremely hardworking, dependable and loyal to the company. Great benefits, PTO, work/life balance. With so many different companies under KAR- there are a lot of opportunities for career advancement and have witnessed a lot of support for internal employees. Employee referral bonuses are amazing.

Cons

Compensation could be better.
