Pros

Nice people, modern technologies, good place to learn

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from the management, rigid waterfall process organization, pressuring feature demand taking precedence over addressing technical debt creates the situation of unmanageable and fragile product, leading to recurring failures and data losses, which, in turn, add the pressure on the development team. The development team is exhausted and underappreciated.
