      -In my business unit management set meaningful and attainable objectives. -The technology stack is a mixed bag but there is a strong desire to move towards cleaner and modern architectures -It is a very welcoming environment and the employees are very professional. -The new building is very nice

      -Frequent rifs even though the company is solidly in the black -Meeting culture -Amount of monotonous online safety/certification training is excessive
