Pros

Great benefits. Health Clinic. CEO is nice. HR is pretty nice.

Cons

Be wary lots of cons ahead: Bipolar performance feedback from management. Heavily metric focused. Low rentention rate. Corporate politics. Micromanagement. High expectations and a lot of hoops to jump through. Does not allow questions. Big hand not talking to the little hand syndrome. You will probably be a human password reset tool. Bad communication with some of the other internal IT teams. Senior leadership will try to bypass procedures and use the excuse they've been there for so many years, and the blame will be on you for not letting them have what they want. Sexism against women in the IT sector. No severance package.
