Pros

Pay was competitive and bonuses were good

Cons

Throughout the pandemic we were praised for our work, we worked in the field risking our health. They purchased Backlot and canned almost all of the field reps for TradeRev, for lower paid, less experienced people from Backlot. During the shutdowns we were the only employees bringing revenue into the company. And a few months later we were tossed out like garbage. Over the last 13 months they have cleared house on their sales team twice. They had people hired one week, they did their training and were let go the following week.
