Pros

Working at Openlane was a great experience. I made a lot of friends there and the engineering/development team is top notch and extremely knowledgeable of how a engineering team should function. Everyone is extremely helpful. Peter Kelly (CEO) would stop by and talk to you about what is going on. Michael Brigg (CarsArrive CEO) is a great guy and easy to talk to.

Cons

Ever since ADESA acquired Openlane things have change. Just noticed a lot of Openlane employees jumping ship and to a competitor. Hopefully ADESA can bring things together and steer everyone in the right direction.
