Pros

Plenty of opportunities for remote work, and the work is not that difficult.

Cons

The company is seemingly falling apart, and will cut off its legs before figuring anything out. You constantly have to worry about the state of your job, and if it will even be there Monday. The pay is very much below industry standards, and raises are minimal at best. Management doesn't seem to know how to right the sinking ship.
