Pros

There aren't any that come to mind.

Cons

Lack of transparency Lack of communication w/in teams and company wide Multiple layoffs EVERY year Multiple payplan changes EVERY year No recognition for a job well done - only criticism No consideration for employee impact when decisions are being made You are made to know you're replaceable and are only pawns True boys club. Women be prepared to be looked over for that very rare promotion opportunity for the less qualified man in the department and men, when you get that promotion don't expect a raise to match like positions in the market - you can expect a 10% salary bump maximum. Company policy Low starting salaries and raises are infrequent and minimal with dept heads having to split a small dollar amount among employees However salaries are disproportionately high for middle mgt to their staff Long hours are expected - work life balance- not in thier vocabulary here Company data and resources are antiquated, clunky and hinders efficiency No longer offers tuition reimbursement or employee development courses or TRAINERS! Yes, they got rid of all of the trainers! If you have a question or want to improve a skill that will ultimately add value to your role - the go to answer is Google it. Its an overall toxic company with - no and I mean NO long term strategy in place for the future of the company and zero care towards their non SLT employees.
