Pros

All the other negative reviews are spot on. The upper management is out of date and out of touch with the real world. They wouldn't know talent if it hit them in the face.

Cons

Management needs to be swept amd replaced with people who know how to manage. With people that appreciate honesty. If you give them the facts straight, they will deem you a trouble maker or whisleblower and you are done. Human resources will tell you they are on your side but they are NOT. Find another place to work. Don't waste your time and energy.
