Dying business market, when I started there were 15 service accounts in the region, when I left there were only 5. Very low pay with a weekly bonus that was used as carrot in front of the horse. Made a mistake on your weekly paperwork? No problem, you only lost part of your bonus. Regional management was a joke. Uneducated, clueless, short fuse, bad attitude, constantly showed favoritism, unprofessional, condescending...... A mild way to describe the Regional manager I had the unpleasant experience of working for. Communication and interaction with upper management was disgraceful. They acted as if they were too good to interact with technicians.
