Business Outlook
Pros
OPEX is in very interesting markets and has a very talented engineering team. OPEX is also growing very quickly, which means new and different work for team members. The business is family owned, very stable, and treats their everyone very fairly. There is very long tenure among employees because people enjoy their work and like the company.
Cons
The overall company structure is pretty flat (which is good and bad - if you prove yourself, you can work on interesting things right away and have access to upper management).
