Pros
* Coworkers are all very kind and interesting, bringing different perspectives to the table
* Unlimited PTO
* While it varies depending on your manager, I've felt supported in my professional growth and like my supervisor genuinely cares about my development. Tuition assistance is available, senior employees will answer your questions, and leadership is easy to reach for career chats and advice.
* The office is easily accessible (right by two metro stations and several bus stops, with a lot of parking lots nearby) and is a nice space. Very convenient for DC residents. While this isn't everyone's experience, I like coming in; I get more work done, I feel like I know more people outside of my team, and I learn a lot more about the company
* This is both a Pro and a Con depending on how you look at it, but you will be working hard. It's a growing company and you may have to take on more challenges than your peers in other companies, but you will gain more experience, take on more new projects, and develop more new skills than they may have the opportunity to do.
* Events are put on (small and large) to encourage community-building and to make people look forward to coming into the office/interacting with their coworkers.
Cons
* Again, it's hard work. If you don't take care of yourself or enforce your boundaries you can get burnt out. Depending on where you're at in life, this may be a deal-breaker for you.
* Higher turnover than what you would want to see. It seems like the main cause of people leaving is finding a fully remote job or one closer to where they live if they're not in DC. But it does create a weird vibe
