My boss was excellent he gave me projects he new I was interested in. Most of the people were really nice.

Cons

Bit of a culture gap between office workers and shop floor personnel. Upper management sometimes switches priorities. Rules enforced not the same as on paper ie No dating colleagues lol.

Cons

Micromanaging is present. Managers and supervisors have a habit of pointing fingers before collaborating on problems. Some managers are very controlling and want your ideas to be their ideas.
