Workers from staffing services treated unfair! - Anonymous employee OPW Fueling Components Employee Review

This company mostly hires from staffing services. Once brought in you are treated as an outcast. You are left out of all functions as a company. For example: If they are feeding the employees a lunch the "Temps" do not get any. Also if there is a give away the "temps" are not able to participate. You could be a temp for a week or for years. Its whatever they feel like doing. I worked here 3 months and right before my 90 days they fired me for no legitimate reason along with 15 other people. This was 3 weeks before Christmas and there was no warning at all. They are cold hearted. You can not trust them. You could be doing great and BOOM your out and back at square one.
