Purchased Reflexite Corp. an (ESOP company) in 2011. Since that time the company has see rapid expansion in its retroreflective film product lines where it competes world wide against 3M and Avery Dennison. Dedicated work force.

Cons

Average benefits. Limited career growth opportunities at their Rochester, NY facility. Other US facilities in Avon, CT and Savannaha, GA have better career growth opportunities.

No overtime, no room for advancement, astronomically poor annual pay raises, spineless management. Would rather keep a known violent, hostile employee “with experience” rather than good hard working employee(s).
