Pros

If you show up to work every day and work hard, they will find a way to help you advance. Great benefits, everybody knows your name. Just be ready to work and leave the negativity at the door.

Cons

Starting out you really have to be able to work hard. You will deal with negative people who, if you're not careful, can sour you on the company before you get to know about it for yourself.

No overtime, no room for advancement, astronomically poor annual pay raises, spineless management. Would rather keep a known violent, hostile employee “with experience” rather than good hard working employee(s).
