ORC is a great company if you are retiring or don't really have any carreer goals. This is a great place to under-achieve and still have a job the next day, most people who want to grow and move up get frustrated and leave. The senior leaders tell us how the company is growing but there are never opportunities for anyone to grow into. Except, if your are in Cincinnati or Charlotte. If you work else where you will be in the position you hiredin to forever.
