Cons
Work life balance they claim to have, is a complete and utter lie. This is just another bottom dollar broker using 30+year old systems, grinding employees into dust with impossible deadlines, inept and dangerously uneducated detectors and VPs, and abusive management strategies from the 1950s. If you like working 60 hour weeks, holidays, nights, and weekends while someone yells at you daily for their mistakes you are tasked with correcting while they ignore your decades of expertise and suggestions, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, leave this dumpster fire of a company be, and look for a real broker to work for.
