      Pros

      OSF is a great employer! All the people I work with are wonderful including management. I do see some favoritism.

      Cons

      My issues are more with the fact that equipment is outdated and there needs to be more security cameras added as well as more staff in diagnostics around the clock.

      Pros

      Strict ratios for nurses at this hospital. Med-surg never above 5 patients on day shift. Good 401k matching, good pto.

      Cons

      same issues as most hospital nursing environments. Being over-worked with very sick patients, feelings stretched too thin with less resources each year. that being said, this was a better environment than most hospitals.
