      The Sister's of the Order of Saint Francis' mission is evident throughout each part of this system. Faith is encouraged.

      Cons

      Healthcare is changing at a rapid pace. You have to be willing to change. So not so much of a con as a word of advise.

      Pros

      Strict ratios for nurses at this hospital. Med-surg never above 5 patients on day shift. Good 401k matching, good pto.

      Cons

      same issues as most hospital nursing environments. Being over-worked with very sick patients, feelings stretched too thin with less resources each year. that being said, this was a better environment than most hospitals.
