Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is okay. Benefits are very good for being a private company. Probably won't find better unless it's a larger company or public sector. Job is relatively secure. There is a strong discipline process. You don't just get fired for trivial stuff.
Cons
Very bureaucratic and compartmentalized. One hand doesn't communicate with the other. In one department the pay is higher then other companies in the area and another department it's lower.
